Expect to be greeted by a human being. Each of 3 guest rooms on 2nd floor has unique decor. Enjoy snacks, drinks, microwave, fridge in a common area that separates the rooms. All rooms have same amenities: provided linens, cozy queen-size beds with foam toppers. Room are keyed. FAQ: Not suitable for pets, elderly, or children; not barrier free or handicap accessible. Off-street parking available. Free wifi, work space, office supplies. provided. Reservations required by 3pm day of arrival, prefer a 24-hour notice. Check-in 2-9pm, check-out 11am. Complimentary family style breakfast served in dining room. Reservation links are below each room photo. Contact initially via text or email. Concierge and BeSpoke experiences available. Hostess lives on site.

rooms2stay is a boutique bed and breakfast in Baldwin City KS., a bedroom community with one traffic light and home of Baker University. It is located a short drive SW of Kansas City and SE of Lawrence. This quaint historic home features 3 comfortable and inviting guest rooms, each with its own unique character. Without erasing her history, rooms2stay has been updated with modern-day amenities if not a few whimsical ones. Perfect lodging for local events and visits for BU happenings. Come experience the ambiance and hospitality of Baldwin City's
only Bed & Breakfast accommodations, complete with traditional services.

An option featuring your choice of either a cat-cuterie (charcuterie) board or a high tea in the late afternoon (alfresco anyone?). To complete the bites will be bubbly drinks (mocktails or a variety of tea available).
Is there a local GRADUATE in your future? As a service to guests, rooms2stay can prepare a special brunch, with prior arrangements made. Enjoy a leisurely celebratory time that morning over breakfast and beat the local crowds at restaurants. And of course, the graduate is invited!

A pre-wedding one-place memorable experience: Bring the bride's bridal party (up to 6 people) for an overnight stay the night before then wake up to a leisurely brunch. Have all your go to people (hair stylist, manicurist, and photographer) come to you (!) for all the memorable moments. A perfect way to ease into your big day eliminating some of the event jitters!
As a community service, rooms2stay also serves as a venue for small business or community meetings with groups of 10 people or fewer. Complementary beverages. Don't overlook rooms2stay as an
overnight work retreat for a group (6) of your employees.
