During the meanwhile (Pandemic 2020)...

A blog ("There's a Place for You") has been added to this website on tips and techniques to inspire you to create a small haven or sanctuary that you might find in a BnB.  Cat, the hostess at rooms2stay, creates these intentional decorative pockets in her BnB to create a relaxing place that goes beyond comfort and so can you. Most of the ideas are with things you already have so is budget friendly and some attention to detail.

Your stay and wellbeing are very important to rooms2stay.  In light of COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines and committed to the highest cleaning standards,, Rooms2stay wants to assure you all the necessary precautionary measures are being taken to ensure a safe experience for our guests.  To that end, Cat has upped the ante on disinfecting much as possible to keep rooms2stay COVID “cootie” free as possible.  This will also involve guest participation.  The first request is to wash your hands, with soap, before you enter your room when you check-in and then again on return from your coming and goings.  This establishment is within the state guidelines of the number of people gathering.

Also, she is adjusting her breakfast service with options to include prepackaged foods as well as condiments as an alternative choice. As much as she enjoys concocting special breakfasts served family-style (which she will still do if so desired, and as always at no additional charge).    Cat’s preference is to usually not use plastic or paper products when serving foodstuff.  This too will change with future use of disposable and biodegradable plates, cutlery, paper travel mugs, etc., use.  She’s looking forward to the creative challenge of integrating all without losing the charm of a cozy quaint BnB yet not turning it into a sterilized hotel experience.  There are no same-day reservations, to ensure  24-hour  time frame to clean/sanitize efficiently.
